The Saratoga Convention & Tourism Bureau is committed to the success of your event. We are delighted to offer our meeting planners a set of online tools that will make your event housing simple, seamless and stress free.

The GroupMAX Online Event Housing Tool is a state of the art housing system. In order to qualify for this service the following criteria must be met:

Group headquarters has to be within the City of Saratoga Springs City Limits
Group must use 3 or more lodging properties
Group must use no less than 350 rooms peak night
All lodging properties used must be compatible and able to accept online reports and e-mail
If group signs up to use passkey - all reservations must go through the GroupMAX system - i.e., attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, vip's, etc.
