Saratoga Convention Calendar (distributed twice each year)
This publication lists major, confirmed meetings, conventions and sporting events scheduled for Saratoga County and is updated and distributed bi-annually.  It lists event name, number of attendees, contact person and their contact information.  This is a great opportunity to market your business to the meeting planner/event coordinator.   The Convention Calendar also contains a membership directory.  Each business name is listed with website and phone number.

Monthly “Quick Reference” Convention Calendar
A monthly one-sheet calendar is sent to our entire membership informing them of conventions in the area for the current month, indicating the attendance at each event and meal functions.

Group & Event Destination Guide
The Saratoga County Group & Event Destination Guide is the premiere publication to promote our destination for groups, meetings, conventions, destination weddings & sports tournaments. The Guide will promote Saratoga County as a year round destination filled with world-class attractions, exquisite restaurants, upscale retail & boutique shopping and an active nightlife scene. Cultural exhibits, historical sites, fabulous golf and skiing come together to create the perfect setting for combining business & pleasure.

Restaurant Menu Books 
These valuable resources are continually updated and contain the latest menus of member restaurants. The menu books for breakfast, lunch and dinner are displayed at the registration areas of major conventions held locally.
