Benefit: Business listing in 50,000 guides printed annually

This premiere publication promotes Saratoga County to groups, meetings and conventions, destination weddings, sporting events, and leisure travelers. Member listings include contact information. Discover Saratoga distributes the guide to area businesses and hotels, Albany International Airport, Amtrak Stations, as well as in western NY, NYC, PA, CT, NJ, and MA.

Monthly Meetings Calendar

Benefit: Schedule based on business coming

This calendar is printed and mailed to members monthly. It includes the names, dates, anticipated attendance, and meal plans of groups coming, allowing you to get ahead of the game!

Convention Calendar

Benefit: Advance awareness of events coming to the area            

This calendar includes confirmed meetings, conventions, sporting and special events. It is updated and is available in real time on the member-only website. Included are event names, event date, number of attendees, and contact person/contact information.

Attendee Discount Card

Benefit: Drive Group visitors to your business

These cards are distributed to group attendees as a benefit of visiting Saratoga. Members have the option of participating in the discount, and those who participate with a 10% discount will be listed on our website.

Welcome Posters

Any group with an attendance of 400 or more has 11” x 17” posters printed for their convention/event. They are displayed in downtown businesses’ windows and nearby lodging properties and are available upon request to encourage attendee visitation to your business!
