Franklin Community Center is a non-profit human service agency that provides basic needs and services to less fortunate individuals and families in an effort to promote healthy lifestyles and positive changes. Since 1983, we've offered guidance and advocacy, while providing a comfortable and friendly atmosphere to those in need.
