The Saratoga Regional YMCA offers convenient and state-of-the-art fitness facilities to tourists and travelers, including an 8-lane lap pool, an indoor running track, a sauna and steam room, as well as eight indoor tennis courts. Our 8,000 square foot health and wellness center is equipped with over 80 cardio machines, a 2,200 square foot free-weight area, and we were voted 2011 Best Fitness Facility, by the Saratogian. Both the Saratoga Springs Branch and the Wilton Branch are located within 1 mile and 4 miles, respectively, of the popular downtown area of Saratoga Springs. Please visit one of our Member Service Desks or check with your hotel's front desk, to pick up a day pass which are available at the rate of $10.00 per day for adults, $5.00 per day for youth/teens under 18 years of age and $16.00 per day for a family.
